4. Organization and storage of received invoices, payment and other documents issued by external service suppliers, intermediates, local authorities, tax administration, etc.
Additional services are available upon request.
The above mentioned services are performed in accordance with a Contract of Property Management which is signed between East Management Ltd. and the Client. Its term of validity is one year and total price of this package is 45 EUR.
For the execution of the above listed obligations assumed and aiming to achieve an excellent level of service and we have at our disposal a highly-trained team of administrative employees and technical staff and a well developed network of service and reservation offices in the whole country.
