We are aware that each property in the countryside needs professional maintenance especially when its owners are abroad. Led by the idea of satisfying this need we have developed a special package of services aiming to meet the expectations and requirements of property owners. If you have purchased a plot of land through BGP Services Ltd., East Management will take care of the following:
1. Arranging the payment of yearly council property taxes and garbage collection and transportation charge
2. Registration of the Client as a foreign citizen at the local Police Department
3. Regular inspections of the property and informing the client of its current state
4. Organization and storage of received invoices, payment and other documents issued by external service suppliers, intermediates, local authorities, tax administration, etc.
Additional services are available upon request.
The above mentioned services are performed in accordance with a Contract of Property Management which is signed between East Management Ltd. and the Client. Its term of validity is one year and total price of this package is 45 EUR.

The village of Nikolaevka dates back to the 1800’s and is a new ecologically dream location. The village is well developed, with a few shops, regular bus transport to Varna, a library, pub etc. In this village stands one of Bulgaria’s oldest churches, built in 1847 and it is still in good condition. It is a really magnificent and authentic monument of the Bulgarian history and deserves your visit there. The village is a famous producer of delicious Bulgarian yogurt and red and white wine. Four fountains are pouring out their water from the Balkan Mountain. Many foreign buyers have already bought properties in the village and some of them live there year-round. .
