1. Preparing, specifying and sorting out all the necessary papers and signing contracts for transferring the batches of the house for electricity and water.
2. Payment of current utility bills and security fees.
3. Arranging the payment of yearly council property taxes and garbage collection and transportation charge.
4. Registration of the Client as a foreign citizen at the local Police Department.
5. Regular inspections of the property and informing the client of its current state.
6. Organization and storage of received invoices, payment and other documents issued by external service suppliers, intermediates, local authorities, tax administration, etc.
7. Conclusion on the Clients behalf and account insurance contracts, as well as contracts with companies performing security services.
8. Key management.

The above mentioned services are performed in accordance with a Contract of Property Management which is signed between East Management Ltd. and the Client. Their term of validity is one year and total price of this package is 380 EUR.
