Почему в Болгарии?

Причин можно назвать массу.

Одна из немаловажных - сходство менталитетов, культурных традиций. Бывшие страны соцлагеря все-таки куда ближе россиянам,чем далекая и непонятная Западная Европа,или,например страны Востока, а также Америка.
Болгария является как по площади,так и по населению одной из самых маленьких стран в Европе. Значение Болгарии определяется прежде всего ее географическим расположением,т.к. она находится на перекрестке дорог Западной и Центральной Европы,Ближнего и Среднего Востока. Многих радует и наличие в Болгарии так любимого россиянами Черноморского побережья.

1 января 2007г. Болгария вступила в ЕЭС, поэтому цены на недвижимость растут быстро, но своего предела еще не достигли, следовательно, покупку можно рассматривать еще и  как инвестицию.

Сейчас в Болгарии активно развивается туризм: число иностранных туристов увеличивается приблизительно на 25% каждый год.Это значит,что возможностей сдавать квартиру будет все больше,а цены на аренду будут расти. При этом в стране стабильная политическая и экономическая ситуация ,т.е и вам и вашей собственности вряд ли что-то будет угрождать.
