Martel™ - Repairs well

You already own a house in Bulgaria. To turn it into a cozy home or a source of good income you need to take care of it with full or partial renovation. Most of the rural properties in Bulgaria are built in the period of 1950-1980 years. At that time in housing construction have been used different technologies, which cannot ensure good protection and insulation from moisture, noise, heat and cold. Moreover, the building materials of that time have not been as strong and long-lasting as they are today. All this shortens the life of the building. Therefore the best care for your house is the full renovation – repairing the roof or replacing the entire rooftop structure if needed, fitting warm insulation, replacing or sealing window frames.

At first sight it probably looks very easy to just call the builders and to renovate your house. But in fact this is very complex and long process, in which take part different specialists – builders, carpenters, gardeners, house-painters, etc. Here comes to help the building agent, who is organizing and supervising the renovation.

How the building agent will help you?

1. Building agent knows the market very well and picks up the best materials and subcontractors

2. Building agent is taking care of the legal part e.g. building of extension, additional floor or garage is possible only with a special building permit. In Bulgaria obtaining such permit could be very slow and bureaucratic procedure. Our professionals with their experience and contacts could facilitate this process.

3. Building agent prepares budget for the renovation/construction and distributes wisely your funds while making report on expenditures.

4. Building agent closely supervises the work of subcontractors, coordinates all the stages to ensure the building site project is finished on time and with the desired quality.

5. Building agent updates you regularly by sending reports and pictures to you via e-mail.

Unfortunately not all building agents in Bulgaria are taking professional care of their customers. But in Martel we have a fundamental rule: Build houses, build trust.
To make customer happy and satisfied we try to build trust from the first meeting by giving correct and transparent information, advising of possible risks and additional costs. Our primary aim is to help clients to enter into a brand new home while saving them time, efforts and additional expenses.
