Martel is a Bulgarian Company with a rich experience in building construction and renovation. Martel is established in 2004 and by now Martel has 89 completed projects. Our company operates in close co-operation with one of the most widely respected architects in Varna and one who can also assist you in getting your building permits.

Our clients receive excellent care from our young team of Personal Sales Assistants (PSA’s) who are well known for their high professional standards and their positive response to our clients needs. They are trained extensively to manage both construction and renovation issues, and they keep customers informed at every step of the process by sending them frequent e-mails with reports and photographs.
